Please use this field to specify any custom additions, like embroider borders on a cloak (style, colour, locations), imagery for an altar cloth, or any other detailing that isn't selected in the fields. This can be discussed further whilst we review your request, however the more detail you add here, the better the initial understanding of your request.

Terms and Conditions

1. Once submitted above, you will be contacted with additional questions to finalise the full scope of your commission request.
2. All communication will be conducted via email to ensure the commission request and brief is in writing.
3. Once the brief has been agreed you will be provided a quote. The quote will be fixed in accordance to the brief set.
4. Any changes to the brief may require additional costs, but this will be discussed and agreed in writing before any changes take place. If you decide you don’t want the changes we will revert back to the original brief.
5. As per statutory rights, no refunds for commissions. The products will be checked and tested before being sent. Photos will also be provided through email to show state and quality before packaging.
6. Please note we may have a small waiting list as we can only work on a number of commissions at once.
7. A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all commissions. the remaining 50% is payable on completion.
8. All Commissions will be sent by Royal mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, with Full End-to-End Tracking, Mandatory Signature and Photo, and Guaranteed Delivery Time.
